Support policy:

  1. The following categories are open to all users:
    Snax - My support license expired
    Bimber - My support license expired

    Those categories are only for reporting bugs in our products and feature requests.
  1. The remaining categories are available to users with a valid support license which is verified via Envato. All customization requests and site specific issues should be posted in those categories.

Before posting a ticket:

  1. Please make sure your WordPress, the theme and all the plugins are up to date.
  2. Please check out the product documentation and FAQ, a lot of common issues are described there:

    Snax
  3. Please create a separate ticket for each issue, bug or feature request.This allows us to respond in a timely and organized manner
  4. Provide as many details as possible, especially:
    - the URL of the site in question
    - the browser, browser version, device and OS on which the issue occurs
    - screenshots of the issue ( we recommend using https://snag.gy/)
  5. Provide admin and FTP credentials to access your site if possible. This will enable us to debug the issue quickly and apply fixes directly on your site.
  6. Please do not post two tickets on the same issue.
  7. Please use English.
